We had a tree fall on our house and it damaged our roof and siding. We called the guy who put our roof on 5 years prior and he wouldn’t respond to us. We called Alamo and our worries were over! Alamo worked with our insurance company but went way beyond. Insurance only wanted to repair the damage even though it was 2/3 damaged. Our shingles would be mismatched but Alamo gave us a new roof and brand new siding! They even covered our deductible!
